This is a free instructional program sponsored by CNN News. There are daily features, in-depth news stories and coverage of world and regional events designed exclusively for students. There is a daily classroom guide on the internet, lesson plans which can be emailed directly to you and taping rights in perpetuity. Teachers must enroll annually, but there is no fee.

Education World
Offers a free electronic newsletter, a database of educational websites, lesson plans with answer keys and an interactive message board. There is no specific focus on adult learners, but many of the lesson plans are appropriate and do not appear childish.
