Can you work under pressure? (Hopefully you can answer yes, but that with good planning some pressure can be avoided.)
What makes you special? What is your best quality? (Just list one or two qualities that are related to the job, such as: taking instructions well, the ability to work with others, etc.)
Do you have a problem working with people of different backgrounds? (The answer has to be no.)
Why did you quit school? (Don't say it was boring! Answers should include a regret for quitting and that you are working toward a diploma.)
Can you take criticism without getting upset? (Must be yes.)
Do you mind working overtime or weekends? (Be flexible, but honest.)
Do you have any questions? (Ask about chances of moving up in the company; when the hiring decision will be made.)
